I’m a mom who understands busy schedules, and I pride myself on running a calm, professional, and inclusive business. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling Your appointment time is reserved just for you. • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment to book future appointments. Late Policy • Please arrive on time. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled and a cancellation fee may still apply. Redo/Adjustment Policy Your satisfaction matters deeply to me. If you feel something isn’t right, I’m happy to make adjustments under these guidelines: • Any concerns must be communicated within 48 hours of your appointment. • Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days. • Redos are for technical adjustments only (tone, placement, blend) — not for change of mind. • Redos are only valid if you have followed professional aftercare and used recommended products. • No refunds are given on completed services, but I will always strive to correct my work when applicable.
